As the Principal of iBridging International School, Ernita N. Lacoste is dedicated to providing top-notch education to all students. With over 20 years of experience in the field of education, including 7 years of experience as a school principal, she firmly believes that every student has the potential to excel and is committed to fostering a welcoming, inclusive, and student-centered learning environment.

Ms. Lacoste holds administrative and teaching credentials from the state of Arizona and possesses in-depth expertise in primary and secondary education theory and instructional practices, including balanced literacy, differentiated instruction, ESL, and Special Education. In addition, she brings more than 10 years of experience as an E-Learning Administrator, during which she has designed and delivered online learning programs and trained educators and users on digital learning platforms.

Her professional background spans teaching from primary through secondary levels, with particular specialization in ESL and Special Education, enabling her to effectively support diverse learners and promote academic success across the school community.
